Erin began litigating with this firm in an “of counsel” capacity in 2009, then joined Dan Bullard and Kevin Wangerin as a partner in 2018.  Erin has been actively practicing in Georgia since 2004, and has experience in both state and federal courts with trial and appellate practice.  Erin primarily defends civil actions based in allegations of personal injury, and premises liability.

Erin has lived in Georgia since 2001 when she moved to Macon to attend law school at Mercer.  Her legal career began with defending criminal actions in Columbus, Georgia.  In 2005, Erin returned to Macon where she worked as an associate at a small firm representing counties, zoning commissions, as well as individuals in both criminal and civil matters.
